Well, having shown you many of my photographies already, I do not want to miss to shortly introduce myself:
Born in Berlin-Spandau in 1990, grew up in Rheine (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) where I finished school.
I enjoyed my first adventures abroad in the Netherlands, where I studied Tourism and Leisure Management (BBA). This study definitely awoke my passion for traveling. I did a 6-months-internship, in Miami, Florida and ended up in Munich for my first job.
Afterwards, I started working as a product manager for a touristic company and loved and enjoyed traveling as much as I can. With gaining many friends during my studies, travels and jobs all over the world, it became steadily easier to travel to certain places.
I am currently running a Beergarden close to the city of Munich and have therefore not too much time for traveling anymore.
It was actually never the plan to take photos and sell them - but one day I recognized that I have thousands of them, being saved useless on my computer. This is how the idea of another use came into my mind.
I will never become a professional photographer and rather recognize myself as a half-professional traveler. But I am always happy, if people like my shots. I know, it is rather the quantity than quality, but this is my way of taking photos. I better bring back home hundreds of photos than souvenirs. You can find me on Adobe (English), 123RF (English), iStock (English) Shutterstock (English), getty Images (English), Calvendo (German) and Etsy (German).
If you like my work, I am always happy to get to know about this. But I also appreciate any negative feedback or improvement proposals.
You would like to join me on my adventures? Always feel free to contact me. I am always happy to meet new people around the world and find new travel buddies. Just send me a message or e-mail. If it is too difficult for you to join me in person, also feel free to follow me on Instagram (English/German in progress).
My main goal in life?
To tell you, that I have been.there.recently
It is necessary to have a model release with any person that is recognizable on stock portfolios. As I do not like to walk around during my own vacation with these contracts and ask people to sign it, there are not many humans in my portfolio - besides me and some friends from time to time.
